It is the mission of Catkins Animal Rescue, Inc., License #: 268236-DS, to care for animals in need throughout the Northwoods region. We assist animals from families that can no longer care for them, animals from local animal control facilities, and from neighboring humane societies.  We strive to promote the highest quality of life for the animals under our care by providing housing, rehabilitation, socialization, and adoption services.

It is our goal to enhance animal life while at the same time be a credit to the communities we serve by providing animal rescue efforts, pet safety education, and Trap, Neuter, and Return (TNR) efforts. Once an animal is under our care we will euthanize only in cases of extreme illness or aggression.  In addition, it is our policy, should the adoptive family become unable to care for an adopted animal, the family will return it to Catkins Animal Rescue for re-adoption.

We are currently open only by appointment for those with an approved adoption application on file.

Please contact us at catkins_wi@yahoo.com to set up your appointment.

We appreciate your understanding.
